To ensure that every person, regardless of where they were born, has access to clean, adequate clothing.
We follow a simple, efficient process designed to get as many clothes to as many people as possible.
We accept clothing or cash donations from individuals, schools, churches, and local businesses. Cash donations are used to purchase clothes that can be donated.
Every clothing item is reviewed by our volunteers. Clothing is sorted by type, size, and condition. We set aside anything that can't be donated and ensure everything that ships is wearable, clean, and in good condition.
Sorted clothing is packed into boxes and bales for international shipment.
We partner with schools, organizations, and families in the areas we work with to deal with final distribution. Additionally, at times, some of our own team members are able to travel to the areas we work with for more direct contact and donations.
We follow up with our partners to confirm delivery and learn about impact. We believe in being transparent with our donors about where their contributions end up.
Clothing is one of the most over looked forms of humanitarian aid.
In areas where the climate can be extreme, a lack of clothing turns into a significant health issue.
In many regions, children cannot attend school without appropriate clothing or uniforms. Clothing unlocks access to education.
Adults need presentable clothing to seek and maintain employment. A donated outfit can be the start of financial stability.
Clothing is tied deeply to self-worth. Receiving clean, appropriate clothing restores dignity and confidence.
